Revealing Teal And Beyond - ??

Green has a fundamental assumption
that other perspectives are true -
you hear Green say "sure, that's true -- FOR THEM..."
as in, "Oh, I don't mind (insert category of people here) - as long as *i* don't have to be one (or bone one)."
or "Well, *i* wouldn't necessarily do it, but that's fine *for them*."
or "Well, i can see how that would be *their* truth." ....
in this way, Green finds safety to allow egalitarianism,
without requiring the speaker to become "one of them".

This a textbook symptom of Green, no?  An example of Relativism.

Well then, what's a textbook symptom of Yellow/Teal/Integral?

I think Yellow/Teal goes a step beyond, by developing the question:
"in WHAT WAY is that perspective true".
That while unravelling the Knot of what's Not as "oh so enlightened",
it also seeks to find HOW the Knot Enlightened - actually IS.  In Part.
As all faces of Spirit - are...

thereby discerning more fully WHILE extracting benefit from diverse perspective,
and thereby able to "include" or "integrate"
the fundamental, inherent value of that essential nugget.

This is how system-awareness begins to be embodied in Yellow / Teal / Integral -
first with a cognitive line (cog line) that each cog in the wheel is inherently valuable.
We can only embody recognition of value after we can answer the question:
"in what way is that perspective good, true, and beautiful".

Embodying recognition of value is very, very different from painted on appreciation.

"In what way is that perspective good, true, and beautiful?"

I also think Teal (or maybe it's beyond Teal? you tell me.) goes a step further -
not only uncovering the "in what ways" a perspective is true, but also
becoming adept at (and actually engaging - if needed in the moment)
the ability to ADVOCATE FOR that perspective AS one who OWNS IT
while at the same time holding other truths with as deep an ownership.

At this level, one can advocate for the other perspective as well as,
or even BETTER than, someone who subscribes to that truth at mastery level.

Teal is not threatened by owning a disparite perspective - it is entertained by it.
Teal can "put on a coat" of perspective and then take it off again,
just like that.   "After all, it's my coat!"
And what's there to push against when the coat can come off as easily as that,
while being able to benefit from it at the same time?

It might even be fun to take on the Coat of That Perspective on purpose,
to stir up the waters a bit!

Therefore energetically, Yellow/Teal's discernment is not an energy of opposition.
And when it CHOOSES oppositition for the sake of revealing the system more fully -
let's not get caught in a Pre/Trans fallacy here - we all know and can smell
the energy of opposition that is integral, and the energy of opposition that is bashing.

So don't tell me you're opposing out of integral high-mindedness and discernment,
because I can feel by your thorns that your distinction is out of pain, or of pushing against,
or of banishment, or of some other dis-integration or dis-ease. 
You're not fooling anyone.
No more than this paragraph fools anyone into believing it's integral or high-minded.

After all, how can one possibly bash a perspective out-of-hand,
when one partially OWNS that perspective? 
In embodiment of the non-dual fabric, in the awareness of Know-ing
the depths of my humanity
as revealed in the humanity of another,
when I'm integrated in systemic awareness of the good, true, and beautiful of each cog,
how does "discernment" show up -
when I can ALSO
see the value of the object I'm "discerning" about?

I think it shows up like a parent who's been presented with a drawing
produced by a 2yr old.  Smiling, with tenderness, yet with awareness of it's simplicity.
And - As a parent I can - and will if i must - advocate for the beauty of this drawing,
smiling and with utter fervor, even better than my child can.

And then I can take the coat back off again and talk advocate for DaVinci.

While listening to ppl talk about how "mean green meme" is,
I wonder about the speakers' shadow - or lack of it -
And I attempt to reveal it to myself (or not) by looking to see if they can,
and if they actually DO
present, include, and/or advocate for the VALUE of, the VOICE of
the good, the true, and the beautiful of,
the object of discernment.

Along with their skilled discernment
in my poignantly insightful eye (*snort*)
do I see - also -
a loving embrace of the aspects that are true (yin compassion)
or is there merely the cutting sword of discernment (yang compassion)?

It seems to me that
the hand embodying the sword of Big Mind is a relaxed one,
relaxed intensity,
one that includes the Big Heart of embracing what IS good, true, and beautiful
along with the still, effortless slice of discernment's sword...
rather than a club-carrying hand
or categoric dismissal thru distinction,
rather than the prickly hand of "pushing against" for the sake of disassociating from...

Identification of (the good, true, and beautiful) of objects of discernment
Ability to advocate for the very perspective that we're also able to discern about..

As elements of "Teal and Beyond" go,
and the Manifest goal of revealing it,
this is my best expression at the moment.
